Widex Allure AI: Clarity Boost for Noisy Places

Widex Allure AI is Widex’s first AI hearing aid. It is built on the Allure platform and the W1 chip, with a dedicated AI co processor added to run Clarity Boost. It has the same size and form factor as the Allure RIC, and Widex offers it in 10 colors.

Clarity Boost is a program you turn on when you are in a noisy place, like a restaurant or a group conversation. You switch it on with a tap on the hearing aid or in the Widex Allure app, and you switch it off when you no longer need it. Widex says it uses an audio based neural network to reduce competing noise and make speech clearer.

Key Features of Widex Allure AI Hearing Aids:

  • Clarity Boost: AI powered listening program for noisy settings, on demand from the device or the app.
  • Speech in noise: In Widex studies of a two talker conversation, Widex reports up to 20% better speech understanding and up to 13% less listening effort compared with key competitors.
  • Battery: Widex says up to 32 hours of use, including 6 hours of AI use or streaming.
  • Charging: Standard Charger, Charge n Clean (dries and sanitizes while it charges), and a Portable Charger.
  • Connectivity: Direct streaming from compatible iPhone and Android devices, Bluetooth LE Audio, and a built in telecoil. Widex says Auracast support is planned for a software and app update in 2026.
  • Accessories: Widex TV Play 2 for TV audio and the Widex RC-DEX remote for volume and program changes.
