Omega AI+ is the newest version of Starkey’s flagship Omega platform. Starkey says it runs on its G4 Gen AI Neuro Processor, which handles sound with neural networks built directly into the hearing aid.

Starkey also describes a new DNN Dual Compressor. It uses deep neural networks to decide when to favor conversation clarity and when to keep sound natural. These are Starkey’s own claims, and independent testing of Omega AI+ is still limited.
